Most requests are delivered within 48 hours on average (24 hours for Pro tier). Complex shoots may take longer, but we'll always keep you in the loop.
A request is one clearly defined product visual or variation. This includes a single product image, a lifestyle composition, an ad-style visual, or a variation of an existing image. Example: "Create 5 lifestyle images" becomes 5 requests.
We'll revise them as many times as needed, until you are 100% happy. All requests include unlimited revisions within your active subscription period. Significant changes may be treated as a new request.

Absolutely. Billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. If you use 21 days and pause, you'll have 10 days of service remaining to use anytime in the future.
